Yet the true legend of this town is not the parade itself. Set into the old wall beside the square stands an enormous gilded door, studded and hinged, sealed for as long as anyone can remember. Generations have decorated it with ribbons and flowers, treating it as part of the scenery, but the elders insist it is a fortress with a heart, and that it listens.
They say the door responds to rhythm. When enough golden discs are gathered from the parade and pressed against its face, the ancient mechanism stirs, the locks turn, and the fortress opens to reveal chambers stacked one behind another. Each chamber holds its own secret, and the deeper the door swings, the more of the festival's hidden glory is revealed.
Reels, Lines and Symbols
Cash Fortress plays across five reels with a permanently fixed set of 20 paylines and a total bet equal to ten times the coin value. Wins form on adjacent reels from the leftmost reel, only the highest combination pays per line, and simultaneous wins on different lines are added together. The paytable is led by the red 7, followed by the diamond, bell, BAR, and then pineapple, lemon, banana, cherry and grape symbols.
Wild Symbol and Wild Expand
The fruit-crowned Girl is the Wild, substituting for all symbols except the Scatter and Coin. She appears on reels 2, 3, 4 and 5 in the base game and on all reels during Free Games. When a Wild forms part of a line win, it expands vertically and transforms the entire reel into Wild symbols; if there is no line win, no expansion occurs.
Scatter Symbol and Free Games
The carnival bus Scatter pays in any position, with the highest Scatter win only, and three or more anywhere trigger 6 Free Games. Scatter awards are multiplied by the total bet.
The Mega Reel
During every Free Games spin, a Mega reel covers reels 1-2-3, reels 2-3-4 or reels 3-4-5. Only one symbol lands on it, and it is evaluated as though all nine covered positions showed that symbol. All wins follow the dedicated Free Games paytable. A Scatter on the Mega reel awards 3 extra Free Games, and a Coin on the Mega reel launches the Cash Fortress Feature. Scatter and Coin symbols cannot appear on the normal reels during Free Games.
Coin Symbol and the Cash Fortress Feature
Six or more Coin symbols in the base game, or a single Mega Coin during Free Games, trigger the Cash Fortress Feature. Coin values are 0.5×, 1×, 2×, 3×, 4×, 5×, 10×, 15× and 50× the total bet, plus MINI at 20×, MINOR at 100× and MAJOR at 500×. Triggering Coins are held with their values, and three respins are awarded, with each unheld position spinning independently. Every new Coin locks in place and resets the respins to three.
Grand Prize
Filling every symbol position with Coins during the feature awards the GRAND at 2000× the total bet. All displayed Coin values are paid when the GRAND lands or once all respins have been used.
Vault Feature and Multi-Array Rounds
Each base-game Coin is deposited in the Vault, and the Vault has a chance to open. A reel spins inside and awards the GRAND, or the Double, Triple or Quad Cash Fortress Feature, which run two, three or four independent 3x5 arrays using the same respin mechanics and values. The triggering Coins are held on one array, and all awards are paid once respins finish on every array.
