Big Bad Wolf: Cash Collect & Link - Bacon Beach is a 5-reel, 30-payline fairy-tale slot developed by Playtech in collaboration with Quickspin and Origins, relocating the three little pigs and their notorious lupine neighbour to a sun-drenched tropical shoreline. Surf shacks, straw beach tents and brick bungalows line the reels while the shades-wearing Wolf prowls the outer columns, huffing houses apart to expose the coins hidden behind them. The Cash Collect and Collect & Link mechanics tie everything together, layering coin values, four fixed prize tiers, free games and a banquet-sized grand reward over an otherwise breezy holiday spin.
Bacon Beach: A Holiday the Wolf Was Never Invited To
Somewhere past the lighthouse and the long curve of pale sand, three pigs decided that huts in the woods were a thing of the past. They packed straw, timber and brick down to the coast and rebuilt everything within sight of the surf, adding shutters, hammocks, rescue rings and a rack of boards by every door. One took to the waves, one claimed the shade with a tall iced drink, and the youngest simply dug, endlessly, in the warm sand.
Their peace lasted exactly as long as it took the wind to change. Down the beach came a familiar grey silhouette in aviator sunglasses, garlanded in hibiscus flowers as though he had always belonged here, drawn less by the scenery than by the smell of a barbecue left unattended. He circled the picnic table. He studied the little rows of houses with a professional eye, noting which walls were straw and which were fired clay.
Then he filled his lungs. Palms bent, umbrellas cartwheeled across the dunes, and the tidy holiday village trembled on its stilts. The pigs braced their doors and told themselves the bricks would hold, while the tide rolled in and the Wolf took a long, patient breath, deciding which shack to test first.
Reels, Paylines and Symbols
The grid runs five reels by three rows with 30 fixed paylines, all paying left to right from the leftmost reel, and only the highest combination counts on each line. Card ranks J, Q, K and A sit at the base of the paytable, followed by beach clutter such as the rake and starfish and the bucket and spade, then the surfing pig, the shovel-toting pig and the cocktail-sipping pig as the premium symbols. The golden pail-and-spade WILD substitutes for all symbols except coins and the Wolf Cash Collect, and it can only land on reels 2 through 5.
Wolf Cash Collect and House Prizes
The sunglasses-wearing Wolf is the Cash Collect symbol. In the main game it appears on reels 1 and/or 5, where it huffs and puffs to blow down any House symbols in view and reveal the prize concealed behind each one. Straw House, Wood House and Brick House all hide something, and the sturdier the construction, the larger the potential reward waiting behind it. Once the dust settles, the Wolf sweeps up every coin on the reels.
Coins and Cash Collect Prizes
Five coin types circulate on the reels. Cash Prize Coins carry values of 0.5×, 1×, 1.5×, 2×, 3×, 5×, 10× or 15× the total bet. Free Games Coins show +3, +4, +5, +7 or +10. The icy Prize Coin awards one of four fixed tiers, chosen at random: GRAND at 500× the total bet, MAJOR at 200×, MINOR at 50× and MINI at 20×, each displayed above the reels and each repeatable within the same round. Link and Mega Link Coins open the linked respin round.
Collect & Link Feature
Landing the Wolf together with a Link or Mega Link Coin triggers Collect & Link. Link Coins convert into Cash Prize Coins worth 2×, 3× or 5× the total bet, while Mega Link Coins convert into 5×, 10× or 15×; a Mega Link trigger can also bring purple coins valued at 25×, 40× or 100× onto the grid. All coins and Wolf symbols lock in place, three respins are granted, and every fresh coin resets the counter back to three. Filling the entire grid with coins awards the Wolf's Banquet Grand Prize on top of everything collected.
Big Bad Wolf Free Games
One or more Free Games Coins landing alongside the Wolf starts the free games, with the total awarded equal to the sum of all numbers shown on the triggering coins. During the round the Wolf can arrive on any reel and stays frozen for three spins, each instance carrying its own counter and collecting every coin that lands. With several Wolves locked on screen, the same prize can be paid once for each of them, and further Free Games Coins retrigger additional spins.
Nudge and Turbo
On non-triggering main-game spins a ham may appear, shaking the reels and nudging a near-miss Wolf back onto reel 1 or 5 to trigger the feature after all. A Turbo button speeds up the reels, while holding the spin button opens autoplay, including an option that runs until the free games or Collect & Link feature begins. The theoretical return to player is 95.60%.
