Age of the Gods: King of Olympus is a 5-reel, 25-line slot game developed by Playtech with the theme of Zeus, the King of Olympus in ancient Greek mythology.

Before Zeus became king of the Olympian gods, his father Cronus ruled the universe.

Fearing a prophecy that his children would overthrow him, Cronus swallowed each of his newborn children.

However, Zeus's mother Rhea managed to save him by giving Cronus a stone wrapped in swaddling clothes instead of the baby.

Zeus grew up in secret on the island of Crete, raised by nymphs and protected by warriors called Curetes.

When he reached adulthood, Zeus convinced the Titaness Metis to help him trick Cronus into drinking a special potion.

This caused Cronus to vomit up Zeus's siblings: Hestia, Demeter, Hera, Hades, and Poseidon.

Together with his freed siblings, Zeus waged a ten-year war against the Titans, known as the Titanomachy.

The Cyclopes aided Zeus by giving him his thunderbolts, while the hundred-handed giants helped defeat the Titans.

After victory, Zeus imprisoned most Titans in Tartarus and divided the world with his brothers: Poseidon received the seas, Hades the underworld, and Zeus himself took the heavens, becoming the supreme ruler of gods and mortals.
